This group plays a valuable part in the future development of the practice and is used as a resource to provide feedback on the range and quality of the services and also to generate ideas for areas to improve.

We are actively recruiting patients for the group. If you would like to join our PPG, please complete our online patient participation group registration form.

Our aim is to work with as many different patients as possible and to make sure that the group is as fair a representation of our entire patient population as we can achieve.

That is why we have decided to establish a virtual group rather than a physical one. We understand that many patients are unable to attend the meetings due to other commitments, but may want to have a say in what we do. This means that contact will be by email. Although there will be face to face meetings if deemed appropriate.
