If you would like to attend any of the below clinics, please make an appointment.
Antenatal Clinic
The practice has an experienced midwife visit the surgery every Tuesday afternoon to care for the practices pregnant ladies.
As soon as you know that you are pregnant, please book in to see the midwife (by 8 weeks at the latest). Prior to seeing the midwife, please complete a pregnancy registration form which is available from reception.
Hand the completed form into reception where you will be issued with an early pregnancy pack and your first appointment with the midwife will be made for you.
This will be a 30 minute appointment to discuss early pregnancy advice, blood tests and screening. All of this information is in the pregnancy pack so please have a read of it before your appointment.
After your first appointment and before you are 12 weeks pregnant you will be booked into Oxted Health centre for full booking assessment. This will take 90 minutes and will include blood tests.
Further appointments with the midwife will all be booked by the midwife. There are also other maternity services available to you, take a look at our Wellbeing Centre.
Child Immunisations
Please book your baby in for their 6 week check with the doctor or ANP prior to their immunisations. All childhood immunisations are performed in a separate clinic by Carol, the practice nurse. Shelley, the nurse practitioner, undertakes all eight week baby checks. Please ensure your baby is at least eight weeks old when attending this clinic.

Contraception Clinic
Advice is given on all forms of contraception including emergency contraception such as the morning after pill. Pre-conceptual advice is also available.

Cervical Smears
The practice provides cervical smears for all women aged 25-64 years old. This service is offered by the practice nurse team daily and at our late night clinic.
Diabetic Clinic
The doctors and the practice nurse run this clinic, which offers advice and general health checks for patients diagnosed with diabetes.
The practice also monitors patients who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, offering annual blood tests.
Heart Disease
Patients with heart disease are invited for a regular health check with our practice nurses.
Minor Surgery
These appointments are for minor surgical procedures eg:
- Joint / soft tissue injections
- Cysts
You will be required to be seen by a doctor before booking an appointment to ensure this treatment is suitable for you.
Cryotherapy
A doctor can treat minor skin conditions with liquid nitrogen in this clinic. Please contact the practice to establish whether this is suitable for you. These clinics are once a month on a Wednesday with the practice nurse.
Respiratory Disease Clinics (Asthma and COPD)
Patients with asthma and COPD are invited for regular health checks and general advice withthe practice nurses.

Wellbeing Clinics
Our wellbeing advisor will meet with you to discuss your needs, which can include:
- Eating well
- Meeting new people
- Losing weight
- Getting active
And many other issues.
They are able to provide advice and signpost you to local services that can help. Appointments can be made via the GP or by contacting our receptionist. This clinic is held on a Tuesday.
